This facility operates as a detox and residential treatment center providing structured psychiatric services for adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. The facility maintains an average census of 100 patients with an average length of stay of 40 days, supporting care for conditions including alcohol use disorder, detoxification and withdrawal management, depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. An interdisciplinary team model guides treatment delivery across both inpatient and residential programming.
The facility is located approximately 15-20 minutes from downtown Denver, Colorado. The surrounding region offers a range of attractions, including scenic mountain views, outdoor recreation, cultural institutions, and access to diverse dining and entertainment options throughout the Denver metropolitan area. Clinicians will find a wide variety of year-round activities and community experiences in this vibrant region.
The psychiatric nurse practitioner will provide comprehensive psychiatric care for adults during day shifts, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, within a detox and residential substance use treatment program. Clinical responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations, medication management visits, and treatment planning, with an average caseload of 30-35 patients and approximately 10-15 patients seen per day. The clinician will complete 1-2 admissions daily and provide weekly follow-up care for detox patients. The clinician will collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, behavioral health technicians, case managers, and medical leadership as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team.
