The psychiatric nurse practitioner will deliver comprehensive psychiatric services in a residential treatment facility, conducting thorough psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders. The clinician will work full-time Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with no call requirements, managing 8-12 patients daily while maintaining detailed electronic documentation. Clinical duties include developing individualized treatment plans, managing psychotropic medications, and participating in treatment planning meetings while collaborating with nursing staff, behavioral health professionals, and administrative support personnel to ensure coordinated care delivery throughout the structured residential treatment environment.
