About the clinician's workday

Clinicians in this role will provide full-time inpatient psychiatric services on a day shift schedule, totaling 40 hours per week, at an on-site behavioral health facility in Connecticut. The caseload is divided approximately evenly between adult patients and child/adolescent patients, with clinicians seeing 10-12 patients per day. Clinical responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations and providing medication management across all age groups. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
