Job description

An outpatient facility is seeking coverage due to their provider going out on maternity leave. Credentialing takes about 2 weeks, and an active GA license is required.
The facility is located about 20 miles northwest of Atlanta, Georgia.
The clinician will be needed PT for about 25 hours per week. They will be treating adults, and they will be using Carelogic as their EMR.
