Opportunity: Locums PMHNP Needed for Family Practice Coverage- Part Time
* Start Date/Duration: ASAP; Ongoing
* Schedule: 1-2 hours per week initially; plans to grow schedule to 1-2 days per week
* Patients throughout the lifespan
* Primarily high-functioning individuals- family-based practice. Mostly treating depression, anxiety, OCD ADHD, and underlying substance abuse (No chronic high persistently mentally ill cases)
* 20 minute follow ups and 1 hour initial evaluations
* EMR: Therapy Appointment, which can be used for notes, billable CPT codes in the system
* Two intake coordinators to help with support
* Providers already credentialed with major commercial insurance companies and Medicaid- Preferred
* Ideal flexible to go onsite or hybrid model
* IL licensed, DEA, local to Chicago, Full Life Span ideal, full prescriptive authority
Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included
