• NEED COVERAGE STARTING ASAP
• FT 9a – 6p M-F
• Patient load is an average of 8 clients per Residential Crisis House
• Evaluation & Med Check Per Patient per Week
• Some screening calls for clearing admissions to houses
• Some client medication approval calls for approval (OTC included)
• Provider assisted by a personal support staff person
• Collaboration & consistent communication with the team is Critical
• Medicare and Medicaid Required, Vaccine & Booster also Required
• 2+ years of prescribing & IP/RCH/PHP experience
