Job description

We’re actively recruiting a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide coverage across multiple geriatric nursing homes in the Worcester, MA region.

Details:
Start Date: December 1, 2025
Duration: 4–5 months (through May)
Schedule: 30 hours/week
Patient Load: Approx. 150 clients
Locations: Natick, Northboro, Marlboro, and Worcester
Setting: Nursing Homes
Team Environment: Work alongside DONs, MDs, social workers, and a CHL-based clinical team
Services: Therapy and medication consults
EMR: Carelogic
Requirements: Active MA license, DEA, CSR
Credentialing: 60 days (expedited for clean files)
Preference: Local providers strongly preferred
