-all adult OP
-ASAP start – 3 month contract with option to extend -Hybrid model is okay, provider required to be on site 1-2 times per month
-Must be willing to work onsite
-First 2 weeks of training onsite
-Must be in-network for Medicare and Medicaid and have an active NY License and DEA
-20 minute med checks and 1 hour evals, NO admin time
-Average 20 patients/day
-Typical cases; Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Heavy Benzo population, No Addiction
-EMR – Netsmart Must be proficient
