The psychiatric nurse practitioner will provide comprehensive community-based psychiatric care for adults 55 years and older with serious mental illness through the Assertive Community Treatment program. Clinical duties include conducting psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and developing individualized treatment plans for patients requiring intensive community-based support. The clinician will work part-time for 14 hours per week consisting of two seven-hour days, with work primarily conducted in the field followed by documentation at the office using the AWARDS EMR system.
