The psychiatric nurse practitioner will provide part-time telehealth psychiatric care for young adults in a residential treatment setting during day shifts totaling 12 hours per week. Clinical responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations and managing medications for patients with substance use disorder, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and conditions related to transition into independent living. The clinician will deliver services via telehealth to patients residing in the residential facility, with an average census of 10 and a caseload of approximately 5 patients per day. Prescriptive authority is required for this position, and call requirements are negotiable.
