- Outpatient
- 40 hours - 4 10 hour days (Can be M-Th or T-F)
- November 11th is preferred start date
- Quick 5-10 day credentialing process
- Patients seen: All ages (Primarily adults but some children ages 13+)
- Suboxone preferred but not required
-Medicaid/Medicare required
-6-14 patients per day
