🏥 Clinical Coordinator (RN) – Behavioral Health (Permanent)

📍 Location: New Hampshire

⏰ Schedule:

💰 Salary:
**$34.14 – $51.21 per hour**

### 🛑 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS (Strict Compliance):

• Active New Hampshire or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License required at the time of submission.

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing highly preferred.

• Minimum of two years of medical office experience required.

• Direct medical office experience with clinical staff supervision highly preferred.

• Pediatrics experience highly preferred.

• Current BLS (AHA) Certification required.

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and clinical equipment.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional communication skills.

• Candidates should be actively relocating to New Hampshire or already residing in the area.

### 📋 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.

• Coordinate daily activities of clinical support staff.

• Improve patient flow and ensure adequate clinical staffing.

• Triage patient calls and coordinate ongoing patient care.

• Manage prescription refill requests.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Educate patients and families regarding disease management, treatment plans, and preventive care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
