The psychiatric physician associate will deliver comprehensive outpatient psychiatric services for adults requiring specialized mental health and substance use treatment in a residential treatment facility environment. Primary clinical duties include conducting thorough psychiatric evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and managing psychotropic medications for patients with substance use and co-occurring disorders. The clinician will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with no call requirements, seeing 8-12 patients per day while maintaining detailed electronic documentation and participating in treatment planning meetings to ensure coordinated care delivery.
