The position requires working a split schedule with one location covering Mondays and alternating weekends from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, while the second location requires two weekdays from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Clinical responsibilities include managing 8-12 patients daily, developing treatment plans, and maintaining detailed documentation while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care coordination between the substance use treatment program and community behavioral health services.
